Manager – Risk / Fraud analytics or Management (Credit Card process)
Work Experience: 4 Years to 8 Years
1.. Screening of the accounts.
2.. Identification of fraud patterns
3.. Blocking them from future entries
4.. Processing of CHBK (charge back) & Refunds
5.. Preparing different reports related to risk, charge back and deposits.
6.. Interaction with Costa Rica team regarding risk.
7.. Monitoring of various accounts for online transactions (especially credit
cards).
8.. Analyze the drivers of key frauds and risks along with their implications
and providing solutions to minimize them
9.. Identifying high risk clients and escalating the same as required
10.. Candidates with understanding of calculations across areas like credit risk
or credit fraud would be preferred.
11.. Expertise in minimizing the risk window along with keeping the costumers
happy.
12.. Exposure of working with or for a merchant
Office Manager (Position is based out of Costa Rica) – preferably female candidates
